Hi All,
My father's visa was rejected in November 2005 under 214(b). At that time the visa appoinment was in English. We intend to take another appointment for the second attempt in Jan 2006. Is it ok to take the appointment in our mother tongue now cos he might feel "more comfortable" in our language than English. Is that in any way going to affect our case because we have scheduled the appointment in our language though he can speak English. I appreciate your suggestions.
Thanks,
krr05
