I came to the USA on visitor visa and then overstayed for 3 years. Now I am back in India.
I have two questions, if someone could respond from their knowledge of the matter.
Q1. If I decide to revisit USA, say after 1 year (I was granted 10 years/multiple entry visa till 2017). Will US immigration allow me to enter?
Q2. If I apply and get the visitor Visa to Australia, where I have lots of relatives and paperwork can be done up to the Aussie authorities' satisfaction. I am trying to understand, if USA and
Australia share information about an individual overstaying in their respective countries? Do they blacklist those Passports and Bio-matric Data that US has on me?
