Hi,
My mother appeared for tourist visa interview on Nov 10th 2005.... and got rejected.
The questions asked were
1) When did your son went to USA
8 months
2) How many children do you have
2 sons 1 daughter
3) When did your husbend died
6 years ago
4) How are you getting on since then
I am getting my pension and I am living with my ealder son in India
The officer told that the visa is rejected.
I thought the answer for the last question show the family ties .... but the CO thought the otherway and rejected the visa.
Now, my mother has interview second time on 10th Jan 2005. Can any give tips on how to overcome this problem.
