aunt's visa rejected second time

Hi,
I sponsored my aunt (mom's sister) who has a family and a son studying back home.
Though I provided all docs, only couple of questions were asked and visa
rejected.
1.What's yor annual income?
2.what's the relationship to sponsorer.
Both the time almost same questions were asked.
Any tips to follow when she appears for next time?
She is in her high 40's (not very old)...
Anyone who were able to get the visa recently for visitors other than parents?

It may be difficult to get visa for relatives that are young and not your parents or in-laws.
