I met my girlfriend in Kenya, i want her to come to the US to visit on a B2 visa. We plan on her being here for 3 months. Im American
My questions is should i include in my invitation letter or during the interview to say that we are dating, i have been reading on this topic and its confusing. The way i look at it is the interviewer is going to be suspicious of why we both want her to come and stay together. We have pictures together etc etc. We both are thinking about getting married when she gets here and either trying to get a waiver or coming back with a marriage visa after she leaves . She has a interview coming up in the next few days.
Also what types of things are going to be asked on the interview whats the best way to know and what to say for her to smooth this process threw.
I know that I'm required to have funds, what type of proof do i need to show that i have steady income. Im retired from the US Army and receive VA entitlements. I believe i have enough but how much is enough. Im also in school pursuing a degree.
What other documents and stuff will speed up the process that she needs or that i need to get for her?
My next questions is what if i get her pregnant while she's here? Then get married what do you guys thing would happen.
