FIrst time my parents vistors visa got rejected on Nov 11 2005. When can I re-apply once again. I heard there is a 6 months notice period. Or can I re-apply for the second time now.

when their vistors visa got rejected the first time the consulate has stamped a seal with date on both the passports.. may I know why is this done and does it have any implications while attending the interview the second time.

1. You can apply again at any time.
2. That seal just indicates that there was a previous rejection.

YOu can re-apply anytime. My friend attended her first interview in April and then next in May(she got it in this interview!!!!!!!) Dont think you need to wait for 6 months.
