I-134 Affidavit Question

Hi,
My parents (both at the same time) appeared for visitor visa in Oct'05 and they got rejected. Now I took separate appointments for them.

1. Do i need to mention the previously submitted affidavit(s) for question 9 though my parents got rejected?

2. This time if my Mom go first and then my Dad, do I need to mention about my Mom's affidavit?

I am not sure!

If your parents rejected then there is no question of

"previously submitted affidavit(s)".

Is the Embassy took affidavit(s) when your parents got rejected?

On the other note, this question is not even relevant any more in I-134. It was meangingful when it was used also for family based green card and the sponsor had to prove poverty levels.

Yes, write down whatever affidavits you submitted before, even if the visa was rejected.
