I had a driving licence in California when i lived there 15 years ago. I have lived outside US for 15 years and I have since discarded the license. I am now applying for renewing my B1/B2 visa which expired last year. I don't have my licence no etc. Do I need to disclose this on the application? I don't want to lie on the application.
