change in DS-156 form

Hi !!

i took an appointment for my parents in chennai.In dad DS-156 form for the Q-34 names and relationships of persons travelling with u?i just mentioned only the mothers name and i forgot to write wife or spouse?does this effect to the visa?can i modify it?if so how can i do it?
please help....

It's not a problem. You can go back to VFS web site and change it.
