visitors visa for parents

hai,

i am planning to bring my parents on visitor visa......my questions are:

1. should i book the appointment in English only if they r educated ?
2. should i provide their education certificates if i apply in English?
3. is there any rule that only my father should answer all the questions?
I am asking this b'cos my father doesnt know english very well but my mother can manage talking to them.....so when they go inside can my mother request them that she wants to answer the questions?
4. will the visa b rejected if my parents doesnt speak good english when they ask questions? I mean should both of them know good english?

Please help me with these questions......

3. Not at all, there is no such rule. However, the visa officer can ask anyone questions, as he/she pleases. Your mother can probably try to explain the situation to the CO.

4. Naturally its hard to answer this question. First, its uncertain what you mean by good English. If its good enough to answer the visa officers questions satisfactorily, it is "good" enough. The CO wont judge eligibility for a visa based on your parents standard of English.

However, if for communication reasons, the wrong answers are given to questions, then it is naturally a problem. Much better to be clearly understood, Im sure.
