On b2visa also pregnant can't travel back but visa is still valid till baby birth running out of money how can I deliver without money or very less expense can't travel back

You might want to contact the local hospitals and discuss your options with them. There is no insurance that will cover a pregnancy for a visitor. Paying out of pocket or looking for local resources is your only option.
