I-134 and last name questions

Hi,
we are planning to invite our parents. my husband is sponsoring them. i also work.
1. if we mention our total salary as the annual income in I-134, should we also mention that it is our total income by writing sponsor and spouse salary or is it ok to just provide my documents along with my husband's documents.
2. in my fathers passport his name is spelled as **** **. in my mothers passport her last name is spelled as moorthi. in my passport my last name is spelled as moorthy. will this create some problem during the interview?
