  • Just 2 month in US and applying for Parent visa

Just 2 months in US on H1B status and Parents have appointment for visitor visa next weekend. Do not have pay stubs as yet but have taken letter from employer. Is it fine.

How much is the success rate for parents to get visitor visa

    Thanks,
    Rahul

If you are in US for last 2 months, how come you don't have pay stubs?

Are you getting paid or not? If not, you are staying illegally in US. How will you support your parents?

I am getting paid and the bank statments show the payments made by my company. But no pay stubs have been issued.

They are required to issue the pay stubs to you.

It's fine for the pay stubs to be in electronic format that you can print.

As long as you can show that you have enough financial resources to take care of their expenses while they are in US, there is no problem.
