My Mother-in-law's visa expires December 2015. I have 2 questions on this regard.
If she visits USA in October 2015, will she still get a 6 month stay (until March 2016), though her 10 year visa expires end of 2015.
Alternatively
Can to renew her visitor visa, can she reapply for the 10 year visa now (almost 10 months earlier)?. She is planning to visit canada (My Bro-in-law) in June 2015 and thus I may need to start the process earlier.
Please share your experiences, thoughts. This would allow me to plan appropriately
