Need Help !!!

My father (61 years) is going to apply for B2 visa to meet his friend in US who is going ti set up a new restaurant there. My father is a well experienced chef so he is going to help his friend and also spend some time inUS sightseeing.

My father is currently working as a chef in india. We dont have a own house. His friend is going to sponsor him.

We are 5 members in our family. My father, mother, me, my sister and my grandmother.
How to prove strong ties with the home country while applying for the visa ?

He may not qualify for b2 visa, if he is going, to help his friend on setting up a business there.

Being a chef, helping to setup a restaurant business may create doubts in VO's mind, that he is going for work.
