1-134 income: can you include overtime

Hi Readers,

My base salary is $50,000. If I ask my empolyer for a job letter, the the letter will say that my salary is 50,000. However I always work OT and over the course of the year i earn about 75,000. My employer has no idea how much OT I will work each year so they can only put my base.

What should I put on the 1-134? My base or my actuall income (which I can eaisly verfify with a w2).

You should put your annual income, however it comes. If you have been making some money consistently and proof is there in income tax return, you can put that amount.
