BTW, here is my case.. I already submitted a form I-130 for my parents and i know it is impossible that my brother would be able to come with them to the united states when the visa granted and sooner or few months from now, my parents will fly to the united states and my brother will be left in the Philippines by himself.
Another one problem is,
My husband and I with the kids are stationed overseas and we will be staying here for 2 years more.
My parents have no relatives in the states asides from me and i want my brother to stay with them while I am away from the states because i know it is hard for the 2 Senior citizens to live in a new environment by themselves. At least if my brother is with them it's gonna be easier for my parents if someone will take care of them especially my mom had a stroke and in still in stage of recovery..
I know my parents will soon petition for my brother but i don't know how long will it take for the petition to be granted.
Is it possible for me to apply Tourist Visa for my 20 year old brother so he can come to the states with my parents and stay there while waiting for his petition to be granted? please help me what is the best way for us to do so i won't be worrying for both of them that my parents will live by themselves in the states and my brother living alone in the Philippines by himself while We are in Japan? Thanks in Advance for all the replies.
