VISA Fee r CGI number by mistaken

Hi
I have submitted Visa fee under wrong CGI number. I have called up usatraveldocs.com so many times , e-mailed them, but no positive reply from them.
I am looking out for that person whom i submiited wrong visa fee, he already takes appointment under my fee. Usatraveldocs.com doesnt want to share their details with me.
I already told them that i dont want details ,please you contact him on my behalf.but they are saying that they are unauthorised .

Please can anybody help me out from this situation
