B2 Visas got rejected for first time

Hi,
My fiancee applied for a b2 visas today in nigeria and got rejected for first time. The interview was about 5 min. The vo did not see any document and did not want to hear any justification. The bank statements were fine over 10 thousd us dollars. I have been studying on f1 in us for 3 years, and hold a job that pays above average. the purpose was to visit me for vaccation.
The reason was i did not come back to see her for 3 years. The questions were standard questions. Should i reapply again? Does the reason make sense?

B2 Visas got rejected for first time

Did your fiancée say that she was visiting "my fiancée" as the purpose for visit? If so the consular officer likely suspected her of attempting to marry and stay with you while there. Those cases will never be approved for a B2 visa as they are suspicious.

I see your point. What do you think she can say next time to make it not suspicious?
