How to bring widowed mother to USA

Hi,
I am Kiran , having H1B visa and leaving with my wife and one daughter having H4 dependent visa in NewYork
My widowed mother is leaving in India but know due to age factor I don't want her to stay alone in India . I would like her to bring here until we are here. Can you please suggest step by step process how can I do this. It will be a great help.

Like other potential immigrants, your mother must have a petitionable relationship with someone in the U.S. to receive a visa, unless she can get a visitor visa.

Unless you or any of her other children have US. citizenship, you cannot petition a parent.

At the best, she can visit for a short time on tourist visa.

She can't really live here. She can't get H4 visa. She can't get green card until you become US citizen first.
