For B visas, self sponsoring is the best option and it will demonstrate your strong financial status to the VO.

Getting sponsored by your American friend may turn as a negative factor some times.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.

Yes, he can invite and you may sponsor your trip.

What is your purpose of visit?

so want to attemp third time after 2 month...so advice me that...i take invitation help from my american friend or simply apply same like previously

Applying immediately just for tourism, after two recent rejections, shows your desperation to reach USA.

I think you can wait few more months/years at least and apply in a right situation.

Your purpose should appear genuine and natural to VO.

When VO told, you applied without kids and you don't have any travel history, you immediately went for Thailand trip and applied again.

So, that might be one of the reasons for your second rejection.

I think... for tourism, you can apply without invitation from anyone or you may consider package tours.

            Good luck.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.

              tnx for advice Sir

so...how many month gap should be in next apply...should i apply in Christmas or next year in summer holidays of our kids.

and yes vo asked me that u recent visited to thailand and now u applying for US..and what u have changes in this past 6 mnths(after first rejection) u applying for second time.

and one more thing that ..he said to me that US immigration rules very strict so he can't give visa...
so when i apply third time after more months or a year they will grant us visa...i m tensed bcoz of vo's last lines that US immigration very strict...he cant give visa

              plz advice

As per law, there is no restriction on maintaining gap between two applications and you can apply as many times as you want.

But in your case, it's better to give a long gap before applying again, as already you got rejected two times.

Meanwhile, try to find out your negatives, improve them and present a genuine application before the VO.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.

Whether to apply alone or with family, depends on the purpose of your next visit.

If it's again tourism, VO may expect you to visit few more neighboring countries like dubai, Singapore, Malaysia and/or Europe before visiting USA.

That way you will be projected as a regular traveler to various countries, who goes for tourism.

You have to build your travel history carefully. If you finish all the counties in single stretch and go for US visa within a six months or year, again it may not help you as your previous trip.

Other than tourism you may consider following things as well... If you have any close relatives in the USA, you may visit them WITH FAMILY (IN HOLIDAYS), for any special occasion, like... marriage, house warming or any other family get together.

If you have any business related conferences/ meetings, you may apply ALONE.

Filling DS160 is very crucial for the successful application. You need to fill genuine information, carefully and repeat the same at the interview.

Your future DS160 information may be compared with your OLD DS160 applications as they will have a copy of them. So, you should keep that thing in mind and fill the application.

Last but not least, you have to be very confident and truthful to the VO and should give brief and straight answers.

                    Good luck.
