I have my b2 interview on thursday morning, and just wanted a little advice.
I'm a british citizen and have lived here all my life and currently live with my family.
I'm wanting to go visit my friend who I met while they were doing a semester of school here in the UK
I was convicted of affray 7 years ago, it's my only time ever in trouble with the police and since then I have been to university and have a full time job. I don't think affray is a crime of moral turpitude but I thought it was better to apply for a visa and be safe instead sorry.
I am taking with me to the interview a letter from my manager to say I've booked 2 weeks off and will be returning as well as my police check cirtificate and my appointment/payment info and passport and photograph.
is there any more info I should bring? Should i wear a suit?
also Is there a high likelihood of me being turned down?
Thanks in advance.
