Enter the school name in the "High School" field.

I recently helped my nephew (15 years) and niece (12.5 years) fill out their DS-160. Only the two of them were applying for the visitor visa, and they got it. For my nephew the field I had to fill out was "Present Employer or School Name." For my niece's application, no information of her education was required to be filled (I think because she is less than 14 years of age). In the "Travel Information" section of my nephew's form her name had to be entered in the "Persons Traveling with you" field.

In your case, you haven't stated whether the children are applying together with their parents or just by themselves. Your field options might be a little different depending on your situation. At any rate, don't leave the school information blank if asked.
