Help needed to apply B2 visa

I am working with H1 visa since 2 years. Now I am planning to bring my mother ( My father was expired) and father-in-law( Mother-in-law was expired).
In this scenario, is there any additional documents needs to be carry?
Is it okay to create only one CGI receipt? and can I use the same CGI number, to book the interview slot?
Do I need to provide two different I134 for each one?

Please help me this strange situation.
