Filling form after ebtering consulate??

Hi
Someone told me that after entering the consulate u need to fill up some form and the format is available on internet.Can anyone just let me know wat form it is coz my mom is going next month for her visa interview and she doesnt know english to fill the form.Any help wud be appreciated.

You do not have to fill the application form DS 156 after you enter the Consulate. You can fill it out before you enter itself.

I am not sure which form my uncle mentioned me abt..he told visa form..so i was trying to clear my doubt

Visa form is nothing but DS 156 which you can fill out before entering the Consulate. My parents nor my MIL filled any form after they entered the Consulate.
