Photo Not given - very urgent

Hi,
Today My parents attended visa interview.
Interview is over and they have been asked to pay the Visa Issuance fee DD and they have not got their passport back.

But they didn't submit their photo. They were having it the photo seperately and not tug into DS 156.

Nobody asked for photo their.

Will that be an issue.

What will happen now.

Could anyone please help us out

They need to have their photo to stamp on the passport.

Which Consulate did they go? Atleast at Chennai I know they check at the first counter and take the photo and staple/paste it if you haven't done. Didn't anything like that happen? Check with them.

If FOR SURE you know that they have no photos submitted at all then email the Consulate they attended the interview at and let them know abt this.
Keep the email very short and mention your passport numbers, date and time of interview. They generally reply immediately.
