Can my nanny travel with me with her own B1/B2 Visa

My nanny has her own B1/B2 visa. I am visiting my sister in the summer for a month, and I am taking my 3 small children with me. I want to take my nanny with me. Can she enter with me with that visa, or because she will be working with me, do I have to get her a Domestic Helper visa?

She can come to USA with you on her existing B1/B2 visa, for tourism/visiting relatives and friends.

But, any kind of work is not allowed if entered on B1/B2 visa, even if not getting paid.
