Is there a chance to get a visa?
They have a question in DS-156:
"Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty or other similar legal action? Have you ever unlawfully distributed or sold a controlled substance(drug), or been a prostitute or procurer for prostitutes?"
My mother had been convicted in an economical crime, she wasn't guilty, but unfortunally in Ukraine "walls of justice painted green".
So if she answers yes on that question above, is there a chance that she'll get a visa?
