b1/b2 for my grandparents & sister. Should they go together or separately for visa?

I am applying for b1/b2 for my grand parents and sister(Inviting them for my graduation ceremony). My sister already had her visitor visa rejected last week under section 214(b). I wanted to know if my grand parents and sister should go together for interview or separately?

It will make no difference. Your grandparents and sister applications will be evaluated on their own merit.
