Applied B2 visa with mother from hyderabad can i travel alone,

Hi All

I have a query about travelling alone after applying visa with other.

my mother already have a B2 visa and been to USA already, last week i applied visa b2 stating in DS 160 that i will accompany my mom to USA to attend a function in USA and my visa was approved 10 yrs mult entry. But now due to some personal reasons mother is unable to make the trip and wants me go alone on trip and its important for me visit as well (Function at my brother house)

Would it be possible to travel alone or the emigration officer can deny entry.

You can go alone and there shouldn't be any problem because of that reason.

You may explain the situation, if you are questioned by IO at POE .
