Refused Visa under section 214(b)

Why my visa has been refused ? it’s as surprised for me, the consular officer even doesn’t look into my bank statement or any others documents along with my wife, I want to know the pacific reason, beside when I can reapplied??? As my plan is to travel 2nd week of July-2015 to spending my vacation, beside i have been traveling far east along with my family, on other hand i have been working as CEO of the company as well as my residency visa is business partner, may i have your assistance please,
