Hi my interview was on 17 march 2015 but it was refused . shall I reapply . plz advice me on this.

visa refused

Hi I have applied for f1 visa in 2010 and 2011 but it was refused. Then I applied for b2 visa on 17 march 2015 it was also refused. Interview is as follow
VO: hi
Me : good morning sir
VO: why you want to go us
Me: for tourism
VO: what u do
Me: I have printing press
VO: what's ur designation
Me: proprietor
VO: what's ur income per annum
Me: 720000
VO : what's ur highest qualification
Me: intermediate
VO: do u traveled any other country
Me: no
VO: sorry man
Me: thank u sir.

So plz advice me should I reapply

Possible reasons for the rejection includes, but not limited to..

Low income, lack of foreign travel history, concrete purpose/reason to visit USA, weak ties to home country, young age etc.

If your purpose is purely tourism, VO would expect you to be a regular tourist, who loves to visit places and already visited few neighbor countries, before going all the way to USA.

You applied for F1 visa twice earlier, for higher studies, but stopped your education with intermediate, why? (I'm not saying... this is the reason for your visa rejection)

Applying again without changing the situation may not give you positive results.

You may improve your chances, by applying after the significant changes in your life (improved & stable income ex:10 -12 lac/annum, having spouse & children, good foreign travel history etc)
