I believe that, above all the positive factors, a very good, strong and a genuine reason will work in every individual case.

Try to workout the following questions and address them well at interview.

Why this trip is important to you this time, how this trip will help you improving your skills/abilities and how you are going to apply them in your work after coming back to your home country etc.

Being honest and truthful to VO and fill genuine information in DS160 will be added advantage.

Be confident and give straight and brief answers to VO. Don't give elaborated/ unnecessary information/answers, which may lead to more scrutiny.

Don't apply immediately without strong reason/purpose.

    Good luck

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.

      Hi,
Thank you very much for your support.
Its genuine reason that my invitee company has planned session in April again who,s i could not attend in last NOV session be the cause of visa refusal.

        Hi,
        Please clear my question
when VO ask me why you are going to US?
i can tell him (my valued customer launched design program two year back, its first two phases i have passed in India of same customer.now i need to attend this last phase training in US after they certified me as a designer) or or only this answer is enough (to attend design training)

please guide me which is perfect answer, i am only justify him because my twice visa was rejected.my working on this program is stated two year back and there is no option for me or either my company to roll back or consider another trainee,i already have passed two phases of this training in india, this is last round and final

how can i apprise to VO above situation even he/she not ask me???????

Explain to VO in detail , like... you mentioned here, when he/she asked about your purpose of visit.

Workout well on using appropriate words to explain and convince VO. Tell him/her why this trip is crucial to you and how it is going to effect on your work, if you miss this opportunity.

          Good luck.
