    Hi,
    Do we have to print the DS 156 form with the barcode from evisaforms.state.gov or is it Ok to print the .pdf file without barcode.
    Please help me...

      I have filled the DS 156 form for My Mom. The form has the bar code in it. Is it ok..

        Just Print the .pdf, the bar code is suppose to be there, don't do anything with it.
