Hi,
My sister, who is 23 yrs old, unmarried and a MBA student, is going to apply for a visitor's visa to US at Mumbai consulate. Myself and another sister of mine live in the US on greencard, and visit India frequently. Our parents live in India and they already have a 10 yr visa. They will not be accompanying my sister on her visit to US.
My questions :
1. Will it help to show that since she hasn't finished her MBA yet,she will have to go back to finish her degree.
2.Will it help to show that she is the only one taking care of our old parents in India and so she will not stay back here.
3.Incase she gets rejected, will it hamper her future chances of getting a H1/H4 visa.
4.Do you know anybody who's visitor visa was rejected but later they got/did not get a H1/H4 visa.
Thanks for your help.
