Clarification for maiden name of wife
My spouse's maiden name has been mentioned in the inner page of the Passport. I have applied for B1/B2 US visa in her name as mentioned in the passport (Her name after marriage)Do I require to submit an affidavit for being one and the same person while appearing for the VISA Inteview? Can any one please clarify?
