    Convert Vistor Visa to H1

    Hi,

    I have Visitor visa, currently i'm in USA. I hold h1, which i got in 2011 and worked for 5 months and went back to india. My stamping got rejected, i never checked back the status and even my h1 expired on Oct 2014. I knew i come under cap exempt. Let me know, if i can change my immigration to H1 from visitor visa.
