Date of Birth Certificate

I am sponsering my Parents. I dont not have DOB from Municipal Commissioner But I have matriculate cretificate which I always use as Date of birth certificate.

So Will matriculate cretificate work or I need to get DOB from Municipal Commissioner

Hi!

by matriculate certificate do you mean your 10th marks card? I am not sure if they accept that as a proof of DOB. Can't you apply for one and get it? I did not have it either but applied at the local municipal office and two in 1-2 weeks (but offcourse hats off to my dad!!!! he had to do a got of running around).

Before 10+2, there used to be metric, that is class 11.
