My husband intends to visit USA in July.

1) his old USA tourist visa expires on 2nd May 2015. Can he apply for a new visa in April?

2) he needs an employment letter. does it have to be addressed to USA consular services? or it should be TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN?

3) Should he mention his gross salary in USD? or should it be in indian rupees?

4) after completing the form, does he need to take all the property papers, bank statements copies for the interview?

5) He intends to travel to USA along with family as it is a summer holiday trip. should he mention that he is accompanied
by his sons and wife? our sons are both canadian citizens working in Canada. Will that help or should he mention that he is
going with his wife only.

Will appreciate an response on the above.

HE MAY GET THE LETTER ADDRESSED TO USA CONSULAR GENERAL/VISA OFFICER.

3) Should he mention his gross salary in USD? or should it be in indian rupees?

IF HE IS GETTING SALARY IN RUPEES, HE MAY MENTION IN RUPEES.

4) after completing the form, does he need to take all the property papers, bank statements copies for the interview?

IT IS ADVISED TO CARRY ALL SUPPORTIVE DOCUMENTS WHICH PROVES HIS VERSION. GENERALLY THEY DON'T LOOK IN TO ANY DOCUMENTS BUT, MAY ASK FOR THE DOCUMENTS WHEN THEY WANT TO CHECK.

5) He intends to travel to USA along with family as it is a summer holiday trip. should he mention that he is accompanied
by his sons and wife? our sons are both canadian citizens working in Canada. Will that help or should he mention that he is
going with his wife only.

SHOULD BE MENTIONED AS ACTUALLY PLANNED.
