B visas are issued based on the own merits of applicants and nobody can question/ influence on the decision of VO, including the president of America.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.

      Hi,
      thanks for your quick answer..
One thing come in my mind that 214b refusal is done when VO think he has not strong ties outside USA if US invitee company take responsibility of person and directly contact with embassy than may b chances of approval will be high. PLease share ur understanding. Thanks!

There is no standard procedure available as you mentioned. But, you may get invitation from US company and even they can directly email their recommendations to US consulate, where you are applying. But, end of the day it is the sole discretion of VO, to approve/deny the visa.

So, it's better to find out your negatives and try to overcome them in over the period of time and improve your chances by applying after significant changes in your status.

Post your past 3 interview details to find out your negatives.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.

Low income and being single are your major negatives.

Improvement in salary/ designation/getting married or all of them can improve your chances.

Even none of the above happened, you still have chances if you can explain and convince VO, that the trip to USA is very crucial and no other alternatives available in your team/company.

But reapply with new assignment after couple of months.

            Good luck.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.

B visa is the quickest possible way to land in America. That's why it is a bit difficult to get, as many people are abusing/misusing it.

Other visa categories( H and L ) are not issued based on just your own merits, but you need some one (employer) to file the petition behalf of you.

                    Shafiq,

H visa petitions are filed by your US employer (which you do not have).

L visa petitions are filed by the US affiliate of your employer (which you do not have).

Actually my invitee company launch self approval program 2 year back that i was nominated by my company and i got 2 training from India of same US company office now its last training is held in US not possible it to another place and i have passed their all evaluations and formalities that why they prefer me instead of selecting new person for this job but for my final approval of self certification i have to go US office to get training and certification.

Further i gave more than 1 year time to this certification than actual, if i did,t reach in coming October then i have to leave out from this program and it will a big loss for me...so i am expecting the valuable reply from you ASAP.Thanks@!

You may be able to get a B-1 In Lieu Of H-3 visa, but some consulates abroad are loathe to issue them.
