VO said approved, CEAC telling me its in Admin processing

I went to the Toronto consulate for my interview at 9:30am 30th March 2015 (today). The interview was very brief. I think it was really short because i've already been issued a tourist visa before. The VO told me i was approved and gave me a page of instructions on how i can collect my passport. I checked my status on ceac and it says that "Your visa case is currently undergoing necessary administrative processing. This processing can take several weeks, or longer." Is this normal?
