Adding father to mother's appointment

I have scheduled an Jan 24th appointment for my mother's visitor visa. However, we wanted to add my father to the appointment even though he was not going to travel immediately with my mother. I made my appointment through TTS Visas and I see no way to do it online through them. I have emailed both TTS Visas and VFS about this.

1.Does anyone here know if it is possible to add someone to an existing appointment ?

2. Is it better to just make a new appointment ? If so anyone know of earliest dates in Chennai consulate ? I cannot use any date later than Feb 06.

I tired using the VFS site to lookup dates and the earliest it was showing was April first week. Is it any different if you have the necessary fees paid before hand ?

Any bit of information is appreciated.

1. You can't do that.
2. You have to take new appointment through VFS.
It is not faster if you pay fees upfront. In fact, everyone has to follow the same procedure.
