Need help about Preparer

hello... i have almost filled out the DS160. Applying for a Tourist visa.

Now i have come to the section of Preparer. I am confused. I did take some help from my travel agent and he also filled out some info for me. The rest was filled out by myself.

Now should I mention him in the form or not?

And also The DS 160 is not allowing to edit the Preparer information in the form. I have not yet signed and submitted the form. Everything is editable but the Preparer info is no more editable....
