Doubt on D-156 and D-157

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the amazing response and answers on this site which make life easy to handle the VISA's. I have a doubt while filling the D156 and D157 forms. Pl share your experience on this.

01. Am filling-up the D-156 form online with Bacode for my parent. On the Q.22.When do you intend to arrive to US ? - We need give a date or the online form does not accept it.

Is that fine or I can send a Blank D-156 form to my parent to fill out there ?

02.D-157, Q.12 - Not including current employer, list the last 2 employer : - what shld I write as my father Retired ? Shld I mention his last work or just " Retired " ??

1. Yes, just write the date.
