  • Help: Question for DS 160

    Hello All,
My VISA has FNU as I dont have surname in my Indian passport. I only have Given name in my passport. My Driving License /I 797/ SSN all have my name without FNU.
I am sponsoring visa for my parents. What should I enter as my name in their DS160 for US Point of contact. Should I enter my name according to US VISA / passport i.e. with FNU or should I enter according to my DL/I 797/SSN card which is without FNU.

    Please help, Thanks.

Yes, you may fill DS160 as per your passport and visa.

It's better to maintain the same format in all the identities to avoid unnecessary problems and you may update it, when renew your passport and visa.

This is my opinion, not a legal advice.
