Hello Everyone,
I am an Indian Citizen and was working on a Project in North America last year (Canada and US). I have Canadian PR although I live in India and I also have a valid B1 / B2 Visa. When I tried entering the US from Canada last year I was denied entry and given the I-275 Form. The Agent denied it saying I needed a visa like an L1 or H1B as she believe I had specialized knowledge (and was training, which is not allowed under B1/B2). Anyway, she was nice enough not to cancel my visa.
So I have the I-275 form with the code 212 (a) (7) (i) (r).
I was told by the agent that she was not cancelling my Visa (And she didn't thankfully). I now have a trip scheduled for work (only business meetings this time). However, as you can guess, I'm very nervous that they might deny my entry again. Is there any other document I should apply for from the consulate? Please keep in mind that my Visa is NOT cancelled.
I will be carrying with me:
1. Invite Letter
2. Return Tickets (2 Week Trip)
3. Hotel Reservations
4. Sufficient funds (Company Card)
5. Personal Business Card
