Which type of Document require for Visitor Visa in USA for Private Company Employee?

Hello,

I am an employee in private limited company and applied for Visitor Visa. Next month i will go for visa interview in Mumbai office. i have some query regarding which type of document require for Visitor Visa, if i am 30 years old and working in private company? My Visa agent said me require only no objection letter define with your position,salary and, duration of working but i am confused because some friends tell me it's required bank statement and salary slip for last 3 months. Please give me such a specific answer and guidelines for my question, as soon as possible.

The purpose of this visa is tourism.

1. If you are going to stay with any friends or relative. Get an invite letter from them. A plain simple invite letter signed & scanned would do.
2. If you are planning entire trip on your own, get a planned itinerary. Places and destinations you would visit.
3. Fixed dates would help (Reservations are not mandatory).
4. Take your company letter, which will help.
5. The most important thing would be your ties back home. Carry your property & financial documents. Ensure to have a healthy bank balance over a period of time. Good investments/deposits, a valued property in India would make your case stronger.
6. I m not sure of your plan. If you have a family (wife & kids). Travelling with them would be the best option. There are higher chances of Visa approval. Leaving behind your family would be a negative.
