Entered Date of Birth wrong in DS 160 application form

My husband filled the DS 160 form on behalf of my sister in law and entered her DOB wrong. Application is submitted electronically and visa appointment date is also booked. Is there a way to change the date now? He also mentioned that my mother in law is here with us, where as she left. First time when he applied the B2 visa for her, my mother in law was here, this time while re-applying he forgot to un-check that box. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
