Hi,
I filled the DS -156 form for my Mom online and printed it with the bar code. In question 22. When do u intend to arrive in the US, I filled nothing, since I don't know the correct date. But my Mom is coming on 1st week of Feb 2006. Is it ok to write in hand the month and year alone or do I have to fill another DS 156 form specifying the month and year since every thing is typed or is it ok to leave it blank.
