Visitor Visa(B2)_family Travel

Hi, I will be travelling to US with my family on b2 visa . I have following questions

1)Do I need to fill Separate DS-160 for each family member or 1 DS-160 is sufficient

2) we are 4 people traveling , me, my wife, son and daughter, in case I am unable to travel due to some circumstances, can my daughter travel with my son. please note son is Minor and daughter is Adult( above 20 years), or is it mandatory for a parent to accompany the minor.

1) Yes, a separate DS-160 is required for each person. You can appear for the interview as one family/group.

2) Yes, your children can travel by themselves if they have the visa.
